Search Engine Optimisation Agency .com reserves the right to turn down any project at any stage prior to payment being received.

Payment Terms

All payments for SEO services are required in advance. A 30% deposit is required for any design work in advance.

Search Engine Optimisation

Access via FTP to the client's website will be required to make necessary changes and updates to the client’s website in a timely manner, without having to go back and forth to the client and/or webmaster. If FTP access is not possible, delays will most likely occur in the achievement of high rankings. Also, we cannot be held responsible for changes implemented by the client or their webmaster incorrectly.

Guarantee

No SEO consultant or company can give cast iron guarantees on rankings for any search engine due to the complexity of algorithms and the rate at which these change. Additionally, there are new websites appearing every day in all market areas, therefore, the competition changes daily. However, based on; previous experience, current algorithms and current competition, we can provide you with a time frame in which we would expect to achieve top 10 rankings for your chosen search terms. Should we not achieve this within 6 months we will continue to work on the website free of charge for a further 6 months or until the website is successfully ranking in the top 10 of Google for at least one of your main target terms (whichever is soonest).

Non Disclosure Agreement

When providing SEO services on behalf of another web design company, we agree to keep the identity of this other company private. We will not contact the companies’ client, (unless agreed in advance) and will liaise through the company for all stages of the project.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
